Janea Lampkin, is a certified physician assistant that has worked under these vascular surgeons since 2015. She graduted from UTHSCA with a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Duties. She specializes in vascular surgery and wound care. She loves providing care to South Texas in every capacity possible and finds much joy in impacting the lives of her patients.
Janea Lampkin is available to her patients in the inpatient setting, outpatient setting and telemedicine and is ready to help in any way she can. She serves the vascular patients of Baptist Medical Center, Mission Trails, and Methodist Hospital since 2015. She was awarded the Humanitarian’s award of Baptis Medical Center in 2023. She was the second physician assistant in history to receive the award and first African American Physician Assistant.
She is a wife and mother of two children and enjoys spending time with family every chance she can get. She also enjoys crafting and is allergic to being outside.
