Janea Lampkin, PA

Janea Lampkin, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant that has worked with the founding vascular surgeons of Texas Cardiac and Vascular Specialists since 2015. She graduated from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio with a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She specializes in vascular surgery and wound care. She loves providing care to South Texas in every capacity possible and finds much joy in impacting the lives of her patients. 

Janea Lampkin is available and ready to help her patients in the in and outpatient settings as well as telemedicine. She has been serving the vascular patients of Baptist Medical Center, Mission Trails, and Methodist Hospital since 2015.

In 2023, she was the first African American PA and second PA in history to receive the Humanitarian’s award of Baptist Medical Center.

She is a wife and mother of two children and enjoys spending time with family every chance she gets. She also enjoys crafting but is not fond of outdoor activities.
