William English, MD

William English, MD, was born and raised in Northern California, where he began his college career. He graduated from Southeastern College of Pharmacy in Miami with a bachelor of science degree in pharmacy. 

Dr. English completed his internship and residency in general surgery at the University of Mississippi. He completed his vascular surgery fellowship at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in North Carolina. His vascular surgery training emphasized complex vascular arterial disease and specialized training in the emerging field of endovascular surgery. 

Dr. English has been in vascular surgery private practice for over 20 years in San Antonio. He has the advantage of diagnosing and treating a wide range of arterial disease because of his specialized training and experience. His focus on endovascular techniques allows him to treat complex arterial blockages and aneurysmal disease through minimally invasive means. 

Dr. English is married with three adult sons. When he is not working, he enjoys snow skiing, mountain biking, flying, and hiking. He also plays bass guitar in his church band.
